Build AI Based Recruitment Platform
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
Looking for someone who has an experience in building AI Based recruitment platform and can suggest features as well as develop those. Some of the features which we would like are below, but not limited to, as we need to discuss further with the selected developer.
AI Based Recruitment platform which
1. Allows for the candidate to sign up for free.
2. Allows for the employer to sign up with 3-4 tiers pricing based on feature set.
3. For employer to be able to post multiple jobs based on the pricing tiers.
The feature set to include but not limited to -
1. AI matching on the skill set for candidates. Restrictions on AI matching per job based on the 3 tier pricing structure.
2. Interview chatbot for doing initial candidating screening to be built with intelligence depending on the job title and other various fields. Candidate should be provided with an option if they would like to be searched via interview chatbot or not. For the employer also to ask, if they would like the interview chatbot to do initial screening or not.
3. Review and Rating facility to be provided for both Candidate and Employer
4. For the Employer and Candidate to be able to message each other once they have been matched.
5. Facility within the system for Employer to schedule for interview with the candidate
6. For the employer to be able to select a candidate.
7. Any other features recommended by the developer.
Please note, the website should be developed looking professional and with high standards of security. Best practices for cyber security should be used in development.
The platform should be easy to maintain to update any text later on, for the website.
