Build me an Automation Bot Platform to Produce Documents - User End and Backend Admin -- 2

Hi there,
I have word Templates (For example, preparing a will Template, power of attorney Template, etc..)
The Templates has already all the required static text, and we can add to it placeholders for fields as required to capture the information that I will be gathering from your bot((user)
The bot that you will design for me should have the following functionality:
1. Prompt the user for answers for a first set of questions
2. Then based on the answers from those initial set of questions, another set of question appears for the user to answer again
3. Then when all set of questions is answered by the user, The bot opens the required Template type( which we will have saved in a specific location) and inserts the user answers in the fields placeholders.
4. For example, if I add questions set relating to a will, the answers captured from the bot should automatically be inserted in the WILL word Template, but if my set of questions added to the bot is about “Power of Attorney", then the template for the POWER OF ATTORNEY. Should be automatically populated with the answers from the bot instead, etc...
Note, The initial set of questions presented to the user by the bot should be dynamic and managed by me.
Please note the software created will allow me to use the Bot to create several different end user documents through the questions and answers i create the parameters for. I need the Bot to be user friendly so i can create the parameters easily for the Bot and the end user Document.
I need it to be online and i need it to have a Admin and User Login Interface.
I then wish to add the Bots I create to my website which a client can purchase. This is not part of this project. I will have this website integration as another project.
I would like to discuss on a telephone call so we can discuss.
