Brochure Design for a Sales Catalogue - A5 front and back - small business

We would like to employ someone for our brochure designs and maintenance. We will want to rotate 3 brochures. - A5 size, front and back. The first brochure is for IT hardware which will have a header, a footer, and products with a picture, a title, and 3 bullet point descriptions and a price. The second brochure will be a similar header and footer, and content on IT security, and some services on offer. The back page will be on Microsoft Office 365. The third brochure will be the same format as the first with a different header and footer.
