Brochure Design Tri-Fold and Presentation

I'm looking for a designer to design a professional company brochure in Tri-Fold and PDF Presentation format. Must have previous experience in designing company brochures and provide examples. I have content available but the designer should be able to update it according to design and formatting for example, Tri-Fold content should be less compared to PDF Presentation.
