Brochure Design in Canva

I need a modern, elegant and luxurious styled brochure with a tropical accent for a new gated community project in Thailand. All necessary information has been compiled in a Canva draft format but it needs to be reformatted to be open on mobile phones and computers. I need you to create the brochure in Canva, and I'll need to be able to update the document on my own in the future.
Ideal freelancers for this project should have:
- Experience in designing real estate brochures, particularly in a modern, elegant and luxurious style
- Proficiency in Canva, with the ability to create a design that is easy for a non-expert to edit
- Strong attention to detail and ability to convey information in a clear, visually appealing way.
