Requirements:
- Create a tri-fold or more brochure
- Design the brochure in a modern style
- Use creative and eye-catching graphics and layout
- Incorporate the provided content in a clear and organized manner
- Ensure the brochure is easy to read and understand
- Deliver the final design in a printable format
