Bring modification per list on a .ai file / Food packaging experience required

Perform 8 light modifications to our packaging design / die line (food industry).
They include: remove some text, modify text, duplicate a logo to another location.
These changes are easy and I could do it myself, but I don't have photoshop or any other .ai editor.
The file rendered should be the same size, weight, etc. as the source file.
No documents are uploaded to keep privacy on the project.
