Bright Bakery Website Build
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a modern, mobile-responsive website that instantly reflects the joyful, bright-and-colorful personality of our neighborhood bakery while giving visitors all the practical details they come for. The primary purpose is to provide store information and timely updates; online ordering can remain a future add-on.
Scope
• Five pages, thoughtfully structured for quick navigation—typical sections will be Home, Menu, About, Gallery, and Contact/Updates, but I’m open to suggestions if you see a better flow.
• Fully responsive layout that looks and works great on phones first, then scales gracefully to tablets and desktops.
• A photo gallery dedicated to showcasing our pastries, breads, and seasonal specials. I want high-impact imagery with lightbox or similar effects so customers can browse without leaving the page.
• Bright and colorful design language—cheerful palette, playful accents, and clear typography that stays readable against vivid backgrounds.
• Built on a user-friendly platform (WordPress, Webflow, or comparable) so my team can post news, holiday hours, and promotions without touching code.
• Basic on-page SEO, fast load times, and clean semantics for accessibility.
Deliverables
• Fully developed 5-page site ready for launch on my domain
• All source files and assets, organized and editable
• CMS hand-off documentation (1–2 pages or short video) covering how to update text, images, and the product photo gallery
• One round of post-launch tweaks (minor visual or copy adjustments) within the first week
Acceptance Criteria
1. Passes Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test.
2. Page speed under 3 s on a 4G connection.
3. Consistent color palette and typography across all pages.
4. Gallery functions smoothly on modern versions of Chrome, Safari, and Firefox (desktop and mobile).
Once the site meets these points, I’ll sign off and release the final milestone.
