Brewery Shirt Design

I am looking for a skilled designer to create a modern shirt design logo for my brewery. The theme of the design is yacht club, with our crane in a fan boat holding a beer over a lake. I am open to suggestions for colors/design. The target audience is unisex, so the design should appeal to both men and women. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating unique and eye-catching shirt designs, and be able to incorporate the brewery's branding into the design.
