Branding, take current logo and make better quality. Creeate templates with Logo

I have a logo already which is poor quality pixels etc as an image, I need someone to make higher quality but keep original image.
I need new templates, we are a recurritment company so I need Cv template improvement (attached)
Need new brochure using info from the the previous version
Need email signature
