Branding for my winery

I am looking for a professional designer studio to do the branding for my winery.

I need a brand standard document that details the direction of all marketing: social media, menus, merchandise, advertisements, website, etc. If you do not know how to do this, please do not bid.

Our logo is attached.

We are a winery that will have rhinoceros on site. We are focused on conservation (both wildlife and Earth), exceptional wine, and a great experience. We want a "modern rustic" feel to the brand as this is what we are trying to achieve at the property itself.

When you bid, please submit an example of previous *branding* work you have done. I am not looking for logos. I am looking for a comprehensive PLAN for branding from a professional who does branding for a living.

Deliverables will include a branding document, merchandise (hats, t-shirts, etc.) examples based upon the branding document, examples of menus, social media, and advertisements incorporating the branding document.
