The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive design support across multiple platforms, including eBay, Facebook, Instagram, and other antique marketplaces.
Scope of work includes:
• Development of a cohesive brand identity, including logo design
• Website design and creation to professionally showcase inventory
• Design of promotional graphics, marketing materials, and digital content for online platforms
• Social media content creation and management to drive engagement and visibility
• Assistance with general administrative tasks related to maintaining digital operations and supporting online sales
Branding & Identity
• Create a professional logo that reflects the antique business’s style and niche
• Develop brand guidelines (colors, fonts, imagery style) for consistency across platforms
• Refresh or redesign existing branding if needed
Website Design & Development
• Design and build a clean, user-friendly website to showcase inventory
• Create product pages or galleries to highlight antiques
• Design banners, sliders, and call-to-action graphics for the site
• Ensure mobile-responsive and SEO-friendly website design
Social Media Content Creation & Management
• Design branded templates for posts, stories, and highlights on Instagram and Facebook
• Create engaging graphics for new arrivals, promotions, or featured items
• Plan and schedule content calendars (visual focus) for social media
• Set up and maintain cohesive storefronts for Facebook Shop, Instagram Shopping, etc.
Marketplace Graphics
• Create professional listing templates for eBay and other antique marketplaces
• Design branded promotional graphics for special listings, discounts, or auctions
• Develop visually consistent headers, banners, and featured product visuals on marketplaces
Digital Marketing Materials
• Create email marketing templates (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) for new inventory announcements
