Brand designer to help improve website design

I'm looking for an experienced brand designer to help create a unique visual identity for a new website. I'm looking for someone who specializes in branding. The website is being developed but need to be improved for branding purposes. Thus freelancer will need to following designing and branding rules and thus will need to change perhaps font style, size, alignment, colour combination, images etc. Need to create a stunning end result.
