Brand Identity Design for POOH Network

I require a full brand identity design for my project (excluding Logo) — colors, fonts, mascots, stickers, boxes, uniforms, mailers, letterhead, signage — everything.
The name of the project is POOH Network. POOH - Programmatic Out Of Home platform. Before you proceed please read a couple of resources about Programmatic advertising technology, Open-RTB and their relation to Outdoor Advertising industry (DOOH).
We are a software project for Out Of Home industry - billboards, digital signage and other forms of outdoor digital screens.
Obvious avenue for identity to expand is Winnie The Pooh since we are called POOH Network, so the keywords for this project are:
