Brand Designer/Graphic Designer for a startup

I'm looking to hire a professional brand designer/graphic designer to work on designs for a startup I'm involved in. We need someone to design brand kit, edit product pictures, create creative social media graphics in an AI/coreldraw/jpeg format. We don't currently have an existing style guide or brand guidelines set, so it would be great to have someone who can capture what we envision— but also bring their creativity to the project as well. If you have experience creating logos and infographics in addition to social media graphics, we'd love to hear from you. I need someone being involved with an open mind since we are a start up and figuring things out.
