Boutique Australian-Led Agency Seeking Long-Term Shopify & Design Growth Partners

We’re a boutique, Australian-led digital agency looking to form long-term growth partnerships with highly reliable, senior-level talent.

We generate a strong volume of inbound leads (particularly via Fiverr) and are now looking to scale responsibly with the right partners — not just freelancers looking for one-off work.

This opportunity is best suited to:
• A small agency
• Or a duo (e.g. designer + developer)
• Or a senior freelancer who is confident handling both execution and client communication

What We’re Looking For

Shopify Developers (Essential)

You must be extremely proficient in Shopify and able to handle projects end-to-end.

Required skills:
• Advanced Shopify development
• Liquid, theme architecture, and customisation
• Pixel-perfect Figma → Shopify builds
• Strong understanding of Shopify APIs
• App integrations and custom logic
• App Builds
• Confident handling complex workflows and problem-solving
• Clean, scalable, maintainable code

We are not looking for template tweakers — we need real Shopify experts.


Graphic Designers (Essential) /UX UI Designers

We’re also seeking high-level designers with strong eCommerce experience.

Required skills:
• Brand identity design
• Logo design
• Packaging design
• Website banners
• Social media assets
• Strong Figma skills (especially for eCommerce)
• Ability to design with conversion, clarity, and hierarchy in mind

Experience designing for online brands and eCommerce is essential.



Client Communication & Quoting (Very Important)

We are looking for partners who can:
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients (in perfect English)
• Scope and quote projects confidently
• Represent our agency standards

Our Pricing Model

We typically operate on a 3x–4x markup model.

Example:
• You quote us $1,000 AUD for your work
• The client is quoted $3,000–$4,000 USD
• You are paid your agreed rate (paid in AUD)

This model is already working well with our existing team and allows everyone to win — when communication and delivery are solid.

Earning Potential
• $500-$10,000 AUD+ per month depending on how many leads you close

Availability & Working Style
• This is contract / project-by-project work
• Not full-time employment
• You must have overlap with Sydney business hours
• Ideally available between 9am–6pm AEST
• Full-day availability is not required, but responsiveness is
• We use Slack for internal communication
• A full-time VA on our side will help coordinate tasks and projects
