Booklet for Non Profit Brunch

We need a booklet redesigned for a non-profit organization. We want to change the design to something more professional and clean. We only want to use fall colors in design. I have attached old booklet they used and have written necessary edits on each page. I have also attached flyer that I would the like designer to use for inspiration so all of the marketing materials for this event look similar and professional. Need someone reliable with quick turn around. *need first draft by end of business today if possible
