Book cover graphic designers

I am trying to have my book edited. I am new to this. This book will be my first. I plan to self publish, however I do need a second set of eyes to go over it. There will be some parts of the wording that needs to remain unchanged only because the mood for the book requires it. The dialogue or dialect creates a feel for the energy the book will deliver, so I would like to have the insight on that part,
