Book cover

I am looking for someone to create a book cover for a heavily european centrist fiction novel. I only need line art. I am looking for an image of an inset gem approximately at the top third of the page, radiating sun lines on 80% of the gem and dripping a fluid down on the bottom 20% of the circumference. Below the image of a gem should be a wizard taising his hands towards the dripping in a highly contrasted style. As per attached file
