Book Launch Team Campaign

My book is about to be published and I need to create a book launch team and send out an email as follows. To my contacts and on social media. I need to be able to collect sign ups in an easy way, so I can just hand them off to my publisher. I started to create an email, but I'm not sure how to do all of this, and I think it will take me too long. And won't look as good as if a professional does it. I have a PDF I can send of the book cover. I need to send it out by mid-November and receive all responses by November 27. Here's some text below:

I am grateful and pleased to finally announce that my new book Wild Yoga: A Practice of Initiation, Veneration & Advocacy for the Earth will be available wherever books are sold in the US on Tuesday, November February 14th and in other countries shortly thereafter.

Wild Yoga empowers readers to create a personal practice that stretches their awareness and awakens their connection to the place we all most deeply belong to: the Earth. It is my hope that it will help deepen your relationship with the Earth so that you and your dreams, mystery, and muse may live in cocreative reciprocity with life on the planet.

Reviews and marketing around the book's publication date are essential, so I am working with my publisher, New World Library, to create a special launch team of volunteers who are willing to pre-order the book and post a review on Amazon once the book becomes available.

If you join the team, you will be among the first people to read the book via a free sneak peek advance PDF copy that my publisher will provide in advance of the pub date.

Step 2: Sign-up to be on my launch team by the end of the day on Sunday November 27th (you will need your order number from Amazon). To sign up, please provide the following information:

• Your first, last name, and the country you live in.
• The email address where we can contact you
• Your confirmation email or order number from Amazon

[SPECIAL NOTE – I need to create a form on my website that automatically puts people who sign up into their own “launch team” mailing list in your system. Then, I can send the PDF and other info to mycommunity directly (and be able to track opens, etc.) .]

Step 3: Receive a sneak-peek PDF copy of the book by email in mid-December.

Step 4: Read the advance PDF copy of the book.

Step 5: Post a review of the book on Amazon.com. When you receive the PDF copy my publisher will give you a specific date range sometime after the publication date of Tuesday February 14th to post your review based on the first initial of your last name.
