Book Design

I am looking to hire a designer to help me create a book that is professional and visually appealing. The book will be of a Workbook genre and I have a clear vision in mind regarding design elements. My ideas center around a certain color scheme and typography, though I am open to suggestions on those fronts as well. I am looking for a talented designer who is capable of coming up with an enticing and intelligent layout and design for the book. There are about 100 pages - some plain text but mostly templates for people to complete. Some of those have images that will be provided. Icons will be provided.
