Book Cover Revamp for Budget-Conscious Author

I've recently published my debut book, but the cover doesn't quite hit the mark. I need a talented designer who can work with my limited budget to make some alterations to my existing cover.

Requirements:
- A redesign of the current cover: incorporating new text and images
- Creation of covers for eBook, paperback, hardcover, and Audiobook

Current assets:
- The existing cover is available in JPEG/PNG format
- I have the new text ready to go
- The designer will need to source suitable images
