Book Cover

Hi, I have a book that I would like to publish online and most of the online portals such as barnes and noble want me to post the cover - front and back page splitted. I am wondering how one can split the attached - or create new cover -back and front but both to be in two different documents in word /jpeg. Thank you, Alice
