Bold YouTube Thumbnail Designer

Hi there,

I’m looking for a YouTube thumbnail designer for long-term collaboration on my channel, Hindu Lifestyle. My workflow is thumbnail-first — I develop the thumbnail concept before writing the script, because it sets the emotional and narrative direction of the video.

I use a 2-stage process:

1. Ideation before filming, where we shape the core concept.

2. Finalization after the video is created, based on the actual footage.

Because of that, I’m looking for someone who can collaborate at the early idea stage and refine the design again at the end. I’d love to understand how you brainstorm concepts, think about emotion/colour/composition, and iterate ideas.
