Bold Property Sticker Design

I'm in need of a graphic designer to create a medium (2-4 inches) sticker label for my real estate business. I'm imagining a design that is bold and colorful to successfully attract attention. Key to this project will be the inclusion of contact information in the design. Prior experience in sticker design, particularly ones commercial in nature, would be a strong asset for this project.
