Design & Build Board Game Designer for Educational Finance Game

I am looking for a board game designer who can create an educational finance game targeted towards middle school students. The game should primarily focus on the educational aspect, while also incorporating elements of fun.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in designing board games for educational purposes
- Strong understanding of finance concepts and the ability to simplify them for middle school students
- Creativity in developing engaging gameplay mechanics and activities
- Ability to design a game with a session length of less than 30 minutes per play
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in designing educational games for middle school students
- Knowledge of finance and financial literacy
- Familiarity with the educational curriculum for middle school students
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to create visually appealing game components
Responsibilities:
Game Conceptualization: Work closely with our team to conceptualize the game’s mechanics, rules, and objectives. The game should be both entertaining and educational.
Design & Illustration: Develop the visual elements of the game, including the board layout, cards, game pieces, and any other required components. The design should appeal to kids while also conveying financial themes.
Game Mechanics: Create a balanced gameplay mechanism that provides a fair chance to all players and incorporates various financial scenarios and lessons.
Rulebook Creation: Write a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand rulebook, ensuring players of all ages can grasp the game's mechanics and objectives.
Prototyping & Testing: Develop an initial prototype for testing, gather feedback, and iterate on the game design accordingly.
Collaboration: Regularly communicate with our team regarding the game’s progress, accept feedback, and make revisions as necessary.
