AI Birthday Video Slideshow

I'm looking to create an AI-generated video for a birthday celebration using childhood pictures and other older pictures throughout the life of my 60yr old dad. The video should show animated pictures using AI and morphing through time. It should show the key milestones of his life and it should be brought to life as a video. Length of the video shouldn't be longer than 10-15mins.
Requirements:
