Bid My Tree website updates

My website is hosted on AWS and programmed with Larvela. bidmytrees.com
I need some updates to be able to complete the functionality and workflow of the site.
I've designed the pages in Figma for you to follow. The mobile version is most important to me because most clients will be looking us up on mobile. Please try to make an account so you can see the work flow errors I need fixed.
1. Homepage sign in User agreement switched to right, so it doesn't look weird to the left (see: bidmytrees.com)
2. Delete section below ads called "How to bid a tree....)
3. Move "Price" and "Contact" buttons to hamburger menu. (see bidmytrees.com)
4. Fix membership sign up work flow. You'll need to optimize the desktop view for mobile (see Figma)
5. User test all pages.Fix errors
6. I want to expand my website from just Arborists for trees, to Landscapers for yards and debris removal.
7. Create a static splash page like the one attached. When anyone hits anything on it, they should be pushed to AWS site bidmytrees.com
(note: I currently have the domain bidmytree.com hosted on Bluehost. We will need to upload the page there and point the domain to bidmytrees.com)
8. Fix language to match Figma
(note: I will supply a new log that reads Bid My Tree "Free Arborist and Landscaper bids"
9. Integrate Zip code radius finder. (note: when users enter a zip code, results on top should be within 50 miles first).
10. Please clear your UX/UI design ideas with me before implementing them, if they're different than mine. Also, I realize that the payment page will not have credit card input boxes, but 3 pages such as PayPal etc.
