Beginner Photoshop Tutoring ASAP -- 2

Hi my name is Fabiola we are in Sutton, near Merton borough of London -
Seeking a long term person to help my child immerse into a typical career in person lady into graphics, (and if they can recommend later 3D, video editing), for my daughters 11, 13 years to get going and then ongoing long term basis (can write a contract no issue).
possibly in person or online so ideally if someone is easy commutable Rail Cheam/Sutton/Belmont are 2 mins. (Clapham junction to Sutton/Cheam direct)
Seeking a Graphics Tutor ideally for my kid 11 and 13 year old daughters and though will be always in the home prefer a lady tutor stating immediate hands-on guidance in embracing Adobe Photoshop, and any other forms to build interest e.g. Illustrator, and or Corel draw, editing video could also be useful as theyre already into social media studio but i guess step by step.
experience level is beginner, so I’m looking to build a solid foundation—from understanding the interface and essential tools, through layers, masks, text, and basic photo manipulation.
Initially i need help in setting up an XP Pen i purchased just have no idea how to plug and use if this is relevant.
goal is to feel confident enough to tackle simple social-media graphics and basic retouching projects
for this age group im guessing an engaging structured lesson for kids age plan more practical as doing rather than academic to adult that breaks down fundamental Photoshop topics in the right order for a true beginner

• Live screen-share tutoring sessions with recordings or detailed notes we can discuss but i know kids like in person time to time
• Practical mini-projects or assignments after each lesson, plus your critiques so I know where to improve
• A brief progress summary at the end of our run, highlighting next steps
Duration: Probably if long term commensurate with a monthly arrangement then expect 5 hrs a week/20 hrs per month flexible as availability
Can hire 1 in-person and 1 online tutor too as im guessing if very frequent on a sustainable basis ie year 9 (13 yrs) to years to o-level GCSE 16yrs
by the way my husband and i would also like to retire early next year and build a small business and have maintained it instead so would be good to engage freelancers (yes we've touched 50 so alas)
