Beer bottle labels

My dad makes his own beer and thought it would be fun for his birthday to get him work with a graphic designer to design a label for his beer bottles as at the moment they're just in blank bottles. Doesn't have to be the best quality, and not too expensive! It's not commercial, just for fun. Just wondering if you could give an estimate of how much it would be and what he'd need to provide?
