I’m ready to bring the management of my single ocean-front condo completely in-house and need a small, polished website that turns browsers into guests. The core of the build is a real-time booking engine where visitors can reserve dates, pay securely, and automatically receive a 10 % discount when they book direct as military personnel or first responders. If you can leave room for optional seasonal or long-stay promotions in the back end, even better—flexibility matters.

Photos sell the stay, so I want an image gallery that feels immersive: full-screen slideshow, pinch-to-zoom on mobile and desktop hover zoom, plus short captions that highlight each view or amenity. The social side is equally important; I’d like prominent, tasteful links to my Facebook and Instagram accounts where I already post property updates, guest testimonials, and curated local events. A simple way to surface that content—whether through embedded feeds or smart linking—will keep the site fresh without extra work on my side.can I included any resort updates for water shutoff times or maintenance.

Beyond those must-haves, I’m open to any features that help attract short-term renters: an availability calendar that syncs with major OTAs, a streamlined “Things to Do” section, or light SEO touches that target travelers searching for beachfront escapes. Allow for linking the booking software (possibly) and send automatic messages or notifications of any guest questions or complaints. Mobile responsiveness, fast load times, and an intuitive CMS so I can adjust rates or photos myself are all essential. Like to target specific age groups leading up to winter months and younger families May-September.
