2D Basketball Game Assets (Character Animations , Background etc)

I am currently developing a basketball game and for that I would need some assets. The assets should be 2D and cartoony like NBA Playgrounds 2. Would you be willing to draw me some sprites and backgrounds ? Do you have something ready / half ready that I could try / look at if it suits me ?

I don't know exactly how many assets I would need,
I would be happy if we could do it per level. I have set the budget to micro project but I can increase it if the money is not enough or if my project gets bigger.
