Basic Update of Our Company Logo + Create EPS / High Res Versions

Attached is our company logo we need slightly updated, here are the updates we need done:
1) The brightness of the colors don't match each other very well. We still need to keep the colors, Blue/Green/Yellow/Red, but just want the colors to better match. People have said that our Red might be too bright compared to the others.
2) Need to make sure the spacing between the letters is as best possible to be able read while scaled the logo down to a 16 width to be able to use for favicon and on social media sites as an icon. Attached is what we are using now, hard to see but maybe its best possible?
3) Need a clean/perfect version in EPS version along with all other image formats, no color blur/bleed on the edges, perfectly smooth edges.
