Banner upgrade and branding assets

I have a page header with some line art and text which is my company name. I mostly like it, but I would potentially like to add a little more colour and symbols. I have considered having some snow on the mountains and possibly a sun on the hills but I am probably wrong. But I want an expert to get this right. A page header, a logo and assets which will allow me to design business cards and posters etc. would be a wonderful outcome. In addition, I am not committed to the sub title under the name.
