Banner design

I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a banner for me for branding purposes. The dimensions should be Standard (468 x 60). I have a general idea of what I want, but am open to the designer's creativity. The right candidate will need to have a portfolio of previous designs, and preferably have experience with creating banners.
