"Banned Books World Tour" Book Club T-Shirt

I am looking for a very specific design that I was wondering if you could help me with. I am a high school librarian, and the sponsor for our school book club. I want to get a design made for this year's club t-shirt. I want it to look like a vintage rock music festival T-shirt, with a big design on the front and then a list of tour dates (but instead,a list of names of "banned Books"). I've included some examples of what I'm imagining as far as the concept.
