I require a skilled developer to create an AI system capable of verifying various documents necessary for bank loan applications. The project will focus on three main types of documentation: identification, income, and property documents. The AI must ensure efficiency and accuracy during the verification process to streamline loan applications.

### Verification Requirements:
- **Identification Documents:** The AI must verify the name, date of birth, and address on these documents.
- **Income Documents:** For income verification, the AI should confirm the employment status, monthly income, and employment history of the applicant.
- **Property Documents:** There is a need for the AI to analyze and verify relevant information within property documents, ensuring they meet our bank's loan application criteria.

### Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in AI and machine learning, especially in the context of document verification.
- Experience in developing AI systems for financial applications.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) to accurately extract information from various document types.
- Ability to integrate the AI system with existing bank software for seamless document verification.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations to ensure the AI handles sensitive information securely.

Also, in addition to this, I will need to the AI to investigate bank documents, for any discretionary spending or expenses out of the norm, so that when the application process is progressing, questions can be raised by the credit assessor. Usually this is about 3-6 months worth of bank statements
