Bakery Business Card

I am looking for a business card to be created with a logo that someone has already designed(attached). The logo will be framed by a black sparkle border. From there I would like a cascading glitter of black, dark gray, silver, and then lilac dots (single dots that each color blends into the next). The attachments of sparkles are meant to be color examples I am not looking for the images to simply be merged but to appear as distinguished dots as the pink dot or gray dot image. From the bottom of the dots will be a black background with the motto in cursive as well as the contact info (with emblems used instead of words) in cursive as well.
