BILINGUAL Marketing Manager Copywriter - (English & Spanish) - Make up to 1K USD - WILL REPORT EACH INDI, PASKISTANI, AND FROM BANGLADESH BIDDERS
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already hired one person for this position but work is increasing so I am looking for a second one.
A plus if you can do video editing or graphic design.
I need a fully bilingual professional (I will interview in English via video) to do some tasks for my agency, such as:
Social media
Content editing or creating
CRM management
Email marketing
Writing an ebook
Researching
Organizing data in spreadsheets
Copywriting
Basic Wordpress (change text, add a button, upload a file, etc)
And others related to the position
You must be a FAST learner, attentive to details, curious, with great writing skills. Looking for someone that pays attention and doesn’t keep making the same mistakes over and over. Attention to detail. Common sense.
This job will part-time as a test period, after that it will be full-time. First, there is a task I’ll give as a test.
Payment for part-time during trial period:
Fee: 250 USD
Performance bonus: 50 USD (how many times you make mistakes, how much time it takes to do stuff, etc)
Results bonus: 50 USD (how many of X, Y, and Z do you deliver successfully)
Commissions: 100 to 300 (after the first month)
If your work complies with my quality requirements, and you give more than asked, a 110% you’ll get performance and results bonuses each month.
After a two-month period, your fee will increase to 350 (plus the same bonuses and comissions)
Full-time fee is: 600
Plus bonuses and commissions too
You can make more than 1K
Need to be in or close to EST time
