I need a complete WordPress site built with the Avada theme. Avada is already licensed, so you can jump straight into installing the theme, importing an appropriate starter demo if helpful, and custom-tailoring it with Fusion Builder.

• The site revolves around detailed company information and our history, presented in a clean, professional layout that reinforces trust.
• On the homepage I want an eye-catching “About” section followed immediately by clear, easily accessible “Contact Information.”
Look-and-feel:
Brand colors, logo, and copy are ready to hand over. I’m looking for a modern, responsive design that loads quickly, follows SEO/GEO best practices, and works flawlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Please handle:
• Theme installation and child-theme setup
• Page structure, navigation, and Fusion Builder layouts
• Basic on-page SEO/GEO (titles, meta, alt tags)
• Speed optimization and security hardening
• Final walk-through so I can update content myself
Deliverables:
1. Fully functional Avada WordPress site published on my host
2. Source files, child theme, and any custom CSS/JS
3. Short hand-over guide (PDF or doc) explaining how to edit sections, especially the About Us and Contact areas
