Arts and Crafts Font for CAD

I need help with the layout of a specific font that will be used as a dxf cutting file for laserjet. I need each letter and number to be roughly 6" by 12" as this is for a decorative panel that is very large. I have attached the font style. The letters and numbers will be cut out of a quarter inch plate that is 36" by 48", I believe this should be enough material. The text will read "9262 STAGELINE" so with 13 characters, you should be able to do 2 rows of 4 and 1 row of 5 so that it will fit on the 36" by 48" piece of metal
