Artistic Large Banner Creation

I am in need of an artistic designer who can create a large banner for my company. The banner should be 6 ft x 8 ft. Although I opted to skip the specifics on which aesthetics I want included, I am open to the designer's creative interpretation. Ideally, you will have a background in artistic design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing your previous work in this style. Understanding of color theory, composition and being able to work to a large scale would be beneficial. I am looking for good quality at a reasonable price.
