Artist to make custom stickers, characters

I'm looking for an artist to make custom stickers and characters for a specific theme. The style should be cartoon-like in nature, and I need 3 stickers/characters. For example one of character is a father rabbit with custom tshirt which says "dad jokes ready" . The right freelancer for this project will have good drawing skills and a great eye for detail, as well as a familiarity with producing artwork in a cartoon format, but in more soft, a bit childish and fun style.
