Artisan Bakery Newspaper Design

I'm looking for a creative designer to put together a monthly company newspaper for our artisan commercial bakery. The newspaper will be 11x17 inches, when folded making four pages. We have 40 employees, most of whom are Hispanic, so knowing Spanish would be beneficial but not mandatory.

Sections include:
- Company news
- Employee spotlight
- Birthdays
- New products
- Dates to remember
- Occasional relevant cartoon
- Short pieces on the science of baking

Design requirements:
- Fun and engaging style
- Primarily use of red (our logo color), but open to ideas

Ideal skills and experience:
- Graphic design
- Experience with print layout
- Creativity in design and color schemes
- Ability to work with provided copy and photos
