Architectural Catalogs for 6 Apartments

I have complete AutoCAD drawings for six separate apartments and now need them laid out in a professional architectural catalog. The goal is a client-ready booklet for each apartment that clearly communicates traditional styling through clean, well-labeled floor plans.

What I will supply
• Current .dwg files for all six units
• Any additional reference material you may need (dimensions, finishes schedule, etc.)

What I expect back
• One polished catalog per apartment in PDF format (print-ready and web-optimised)
• All updated CAD sheets used to generate the final pages
• Consistent graphic language—title blocks, legends, line weights—so the set reads as a cohesive collection
• Traditional design accents reflected in fonts, symbols, and any illustrative elements

The essentials are the floor plans, but if you see opportunities to add value—such as optional elevations or brief material palettes—feel free to note that in your proposal.

Please outline:
1. The number of days you need to deliver the first apartment sample and the full set.
2. Your fee structure (per apartment or for the whole package) and any milestone you recommend.
3. Software versions you intend to use (AutoCAD, Revit, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to keep our files compatible.
