Architect Brochure Updates

Need a designer to take existing InDesign files and update the brochure with edits and content provided. Must confirm you can work with the InDesign files provided. Deliverable back to me is a PDF in single page order (a must) and the updated InDesign files. Need today or by Monday early morning Easter Time. Attached is a copy of the edits required in PDF format. You would also receive actual InDesign files, images for areas you are replacing existing + a second PDF to extract images as noted - if possible). This will not go to print so we are looking for a solution that delivers a single-page PDF. You can update PDF if it has same net effect. Need time and cost estimate. Thank you!
