Arabic PDF to editable and accurate Word conversion

I require a capable DTP for an extensive task: converting over 1000 pages from PDF format into Word while ensuring to maintain the existing table structure, preserve all possible formatting including colors, font styles and also include headers and footers. The tables to be converted are of a basic complexity level, mainly comprising of simple rows columns. Ideal candidate should have good knowledge of DTP, proficiency in data conversion with a keen eye for detail to maintain the accuracy of data and its presentation.
