Social Media Marketing Services Agreement

Engagement: Based on likes, comments, shares, saves, video views, and direct messages, and tracked per post to assess audience resonance and interaction quality.
Impressions: Counted as the total views per post across platforms, indicating reach and visibility.
Growth: Measured through net increases in followers and subscribers on each platform, showing D.T.Aquatics' expanding social presence and reach.

3. Posting and Scheduling
3.1 Service Provider agrees to post at least 7-14 times per week across platforms. Posts will feature a balanced mix of freshwater and saltwater content, highlighting D.T.Aquatics’ in-house offerings, client projects, and promotions.
3.2 Content themes include:
Educational: Tips on aquarium setups, maintenance, and care.
Promotional: Seasonal promotions, holiday offers, and in-store discounts.
Client & Community Features: Showcase customer tanks, transformation stories, and client submissions.
Product Highlights: New arrivals, starter kits, and tank setups.
Fun & Engagement: Polls, quizzes, fun fish facts, and staff spotlights.
3.3 Posting frequency and content will be reviewed each month to ensure alignment with D.T.Aquatics' goals and seasonal objectives.
3.4 KPI Adjustments
Any necessary adjustments to KPIs (as per paragraph 5.1) will be made during monthly reviews to optimize content performance across engagement, impressions, and growth.

4. Cap on Service Hours
