App/Web Designer

I am in need of an App/Web Designer who can create a minimalist design for both my app and website. I have a preference for a clean and modern aesthetic. I require both design prototypes and a fully functional product. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing for both platforms and be able to create a cohesive design across both. They should be proficient in creating minimalist designs and have a portfolio to showcase their work. Experience in UX/UI design is a plus.
