Annual report designer

We are looking for a strong graphic designer who has a great experience in creating annual reports. The designer will be provided with draft contents and he/she should be able to change the contents into outstanding infographics, structures etc. We would like to complete this within 4 days.

Please dont bid more than $400. Pages that needs to be designed are 40 designs.
